The next DWA Speed-Recruiting event will take place on October 11, 2023, at "Altes Mädchen" in Hamburg.

The application phase will begin on July 3 and end on August 31, 2023. The announcement of Speed-Recruiting participants will be in mid-September 2023.

Through Speed-Recruiting, the German Advertising Film Academy offers emerging talents in the fields of direction, production, videography, as well as visual artists in the post-production domain, a curated event where the most renowned producers of the advertising film industry present themselves and their companies.

Any individual with no more than 2 years of professional experience can apply for participation by submitting work samples and a resume. As the number of participants is limited, the Academy will conduct a selection process for applicants. The participants' work samples will be made available to the producers prior to the event via online link.

During the recruiting event, the selected participants will have the opportunity to engage in 5-minute conversations with various producers, showcasing their talent and convincing them of their capabilities.
