ONE NIGHT. NEW TALENT. NEW CONNECTIONS. 

The inaugural AD.NIGHT will take place in Berlin on November 12, 2026. From there, AD.NIGHT will travel to a different German city each year – Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich and beyond. 

Hosted by a moderator, the evening kicks off with a concise state-of-the-industry keynote, followed by presentations from the featured talents. Then the stage opens up for exchange: drinks, snacks and networking. 

Creatives meet production companies. Talents meet agencies. Industry partners meet new ideas. A space for new connections, fresh impulses and long-term collaboration. 

Together with our partners, sponsors and supporters, we want to establish a format that creates impact beyond a single evening: more visibility, more exchange and a diverse, future-ready creative industry in Germany. 

Three selected Talent Scouts will curate outstanding local talent from across the entire spectrum of advertising film production: directing, cinematography, editing, VFX & animation, composition & sound design, art department, costume, content creation, AI and scriptwriting. Both individuals and teams or cases can be nominated. The focus is not solely on “new talents”. More than anything, we want to show the German advertising film industry who is making waves right now – regardless of age, background or gender.  

The more diverse, the merrier.  

A four-member jury representing agency, production, client and directing will select 6–8 talents from the nominations to present their work, creative voice and perspectives at AD.NIGHT. And it’s about more than showreels: the talents will share insights into their creative processes, standout productions, challenges they’ve faced and what drives them. 

A diverse, interdisciplinary and fresh mix of personalities and talent. And the spotlight doesn’t stop at AD.NIGHT: the featured talents will also be showcased on social media.
