Speed Recruiting – Your Fast Track into Commercial Film 

Interested in a career in commercial film? 

Then don't miss your chance to join our Speed Recruiting event. 

In a series of short one-on-one meetings, you'll connect directly with professionals from leading production companies in a personal and informal setting. 

Who can apply? 

We welcome emerging talent in directing, production, post-production (visual artists), and videography. 

Applications are open to individuals, while applicants in the directing category may also apply as small teams. 

You should either be in the final year of your degree or have 1–2 years of professional experience (for production applicants: 1–5 years). In addition, you should have a reel featuring three or four representative projects. 

What do I need to submit? 

- Your CV 

- One representative work 

Both can be uploaded via our application platform. The application link will go live when the application period opens. 

Applying is free of charge. 

Production companies wishing to participate must be members of the Produktionsallianz – Advertising Section. 

The Academy will send eligible companies a registration link. Each company may register a maximum of two representatives. If the number of registrations exceeds the available places, participants will be selected by random draw. 

If your registration is submitted within the application period and approved by the Academy's committee, you will receive login credentials for the applicant platform via email. 

We kindly ask all participating companies to review the applicants' work samples online before the event so they can make the most of the meetings. 

Please note that registration is binding and commits you to attending the event.
